Ryanair Lapland GC Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter of the Lapland Gift Card Promotion (the “Promotion”) is Ryanair DAC (company no. 104547) whose registered office is at Ryanair Dublin Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
2. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other special conditions relating to the Promotion.
3. Any person found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be disqualified immediately.
4. Employees (and family members of employees) of any Ryanair company, its affiliates, subsidiary companies (“Ryanair”), any representatives or agents of Ryanair and anyone who may be professionally involved with the Promotion may not enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request additional information to assess eligibility to enter the Promotion.
5. The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Ireland. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time for this purpose.
6. Ryanair’s General Terms and Condition of Carriage and Terms of Use, available on Ryanair.com shall apply.
HOW TO ENTER
7. The Promotion shall commence at 00:01 (Irish Standard Time) on 2 December 2025 and ends at 23:59 (Irish Standard Time) on 8 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
8. To participate in this Promotion, entrants must (a) complete the purchase of one Ryanair gift card, within the Promotion Period, via the official Ryanair website or Ryanair App and (b) register their interest to join the Promotion, within the Promotion Period, through the survey linked on the Ryanair gift card landing page accessible through the Ryanair.ie website and Ryanair gift card order confirmation email (Win a trip to Lapland with Ryanair Survey). Each gift card order within the Promotion period will be eligible for the Promotion. [There is a limit of one entry per gift card purchase and] entries received after the expiry of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Draw.
9. To complete the survey, entrants will need to provide the gift card reference number and the contact email address [of the purchaser] used to complete the gift card order.
5. The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Ireland. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time for this purpose.

HOW TO ENTER
7. The Promotion shall commence at 00:01 (Irish Standard Time) on 2 December 2025 and ends at 23:59 (Irish Standard Time) on 8 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
8. To participate in this Promotion, entrants must (a) complete the purchase of one Ryanair gift card, within the Promotion Period, via the official Ryanair website or Ryanair App and (b) register their interest to join the Promotion, within the Promotion Period, through the survey linked on the Ryanair gift card landing page accessible through the Ryanair.ie website and Ryanair gift card order confirmation email (Win a trip to Lapland with Ryanair Survey). Each gift card order within the Promotion period will be eligible for the Promotion. [There is a limit of one entry per gift card purchase and] entries received after the expiry of the Promotion Period will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Draw.
9. To complete the survey, entrants will need to provide the gift card reference number and the contact email address [of the purchaser] used to complete the gift card order.
10. Except for any entries not accepted in accordance with Clause 11, all participants who comply with Clause 8 will be entered into the Promotion (the “Participants”).
11. Entries which are, in the reasonable exercise of Ryanair’s discretion, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, received outside the Promotion Period, include incorrect details, or deemed invalid in any way will not be accepted. Ryanair accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected or, lost, mislaid, incomplete, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, due to technical errors of the software or hardware systems used to enter participants into the Promotion.
THE DRAW AND NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS
12. One (1) Participant will be selected at random between 9 December and 10 December 2025 (the “Selected Participant”) from all eligible entries (the "Draw").
13.The Draw will take place under the supervision of an independent observer.
14. Following the Draw, the Selected Participant will be contacted via the email at the address provided at the time of entry and must correctly answer a general knowledge question within 24 hours of receiving the email (the “Response Period”) in order to claim the prize.
15. Failure to answer or correctly answer the general knowledge question within the Response Period will result in the Selected Participant being removed from the Promotion and no longer being eligible to win the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to select another Selected Participant at random from the remaining eligible entries and Clause 13-17 shall apply to each subsequent Selected Participant.
16.If the Selected Participant correctly answers the general knowledge question in accordance with Clause 14 and has complied with these Terms and Conditions, they will be notified via email that they are the winner of the Prize (the “Winner”) and be provided with further details on the Prize and how to redeem it.
17. If no Winner is notified prior to 23:59 on 12 December 2025 in accordance with the process set out above, the Prize shall lapse in its entirety.
THE PRIZE & HOW TO REDEEM
18. The Prize shall be a trip to Lapland for 2 adults and 2 children consisting of:

17. If no Winner is notified prior to 23:59 on 12 December 2025 in accordance with the process set out above, the Prize shall lapse in its entirety.
THE PRIZE & HOW TO REDEEM
18. The Prize shall be a trip to Lapland for 2 adults and 2 children consisting of:
a) Return Flights from Dublin to Rovaniemi on 13 December 2025 and Rovaniemi to Dublin on 16 December 2025 for two (2) adults and two (2) children. Each ticket will include the Regular Bundle, which provides: Priority Boarding + 2 Cabin bags and reserved seats together. Further details on the services included in the Regular Bundle will be provided to the winner upon notification;
b) Airport transfers. All airport transfers during the trip will be arranged by Visit Rovaniemi, the Promoter’s official partner for travel logistics (the “Travel Partner”);
c) Accommodation. Accommodation will be provided by Lapland Winter Park, the Promoter’s official accommodation partner (The “Accommodation Partner”);
d) Breakfast each morning. Guests will enjoy breakfast each morning at the accommodation; e) Activities. The prize includes a range of experiences organized through the Travel Partner, including Santapark, Santa Clause Village, reindeer sleigh ride, trip to city center; and f) €1000 spending money that can be used to cover lunch, dinner and extra activities, (the “Prize”).
19. The Winner will receive instructions on how to redeem the Prize. To proceed with booking and avail of the Prize, the Winner must provide the necessary details (including but not limited to ID/Passport Details, name, address, email address) to the Promoter. Once all required information is received, the Promoter will arrange the elements of the trip listed at [(a) to (f)] of Clause 18 on the Winner’s behalf. The Winner will be responsible for organising any aspects of the trip which do not fall within [(a) to (f)] of Clause 18.
20. The Promoter is not liable or responsible for the Travel Partner, Accommodation Partner acceptance or refusal of the prize for any reason whatsoever or for any compliance with their rules. Prior to availing of the Prize, the Winner and their companions should apprise themselves of the terms and conditions applicable to their use of all elements of the Prize, including the terms and conditions of our Travel Partner, Accommodation and Partner. Compliance with all obligations and requirements imposed by the transport partner, and accommodation partner, , are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their companions.
21. If the Winner fails to use their flights, accommodation, transport, breakfast, or activities in accordance with Clause 18, they will not be entitled to alternative tickets, a refund or compensation and the Prize shall lapse in its entirety. USE OF
PERSONAL DATA
22. All personal information (gift card number, , e-mail address, age) will be used solely in connection with the Promotion by Ryanair and will be retained by Ryanair for 3 months from the closing date for the Promotion, after which the data will be deleted. Ryanair shall process any such personal data on the basis of Ryanair’s legitimate interests to operate the Promotion, award the Prize and ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not provide the personal data when requested, we will not be able to enter you in the Draw or, if you are the Winner, you will be unable to redeem the Prize.
23. By entering the Promotion, Participants understand that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Ryanair’s Privacy Policy. If the Winner provides Ryanair with the personal data of any other individuals (including the persons who will travel with the Winner on the trip), the Winner shall bring Ryanair’s Privacy Policy to the attention of those individuals.
24. Ryanair reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid Promotion took place. Participants acknowledge that Ryanair must still provide the information and winning entry to the ASAI or equivalent regulator on request.
25. The Winner’s personal data (including, but not limited to full name, email address, date of birth, ID / Passport details and phone number) (and the personal data of their travel companions) will be used to book flights as part of the Prize.
26. The personal data mentioned in clause 25 will be shared with the Travel Partner for the purpose of booking transfer and activities as part of the Prize. The Travel Partner will process personal data as a separate data controller in accordance with their Privacy Policy
27. The personal data mentioned in clause 25 will be shared with the Accommodation Partner for the purpose of booking accommodation as part of the Prize. The Accommodation Partner will process personal data as a separate data controller in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
28. The Entrant will be able to withdraw from the Promotion at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer at Ryanair Head Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, County Dublin, Ireland or emailing our DPO at DPO@ryanair.com
GENERAL
29. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, which could not have been foreseen during the Promotion Period, and only when such circumstances are unavoidable by appropriate measures and prevent the Promoter from performing the Promotion and/or from applying the Terms and Conditions.
30. The Promoter may disqualify any individual where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
31. The Promoter and its servants and agents shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or for breach of statutory duty or any other way, for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment howsoever arising suffered directly or indirectly by any person participating in this Promotion or accepting or availing of a Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
32. Although the Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion (“Promotion Material”) is accurate, the Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure, which the Promoter cannot anticipate, prevent or avoid, that may affect the Participant’s ability to access Ryanair’s operation of the Promotion or the Promoter site.
33. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, Irish law shall govern this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and the Courts of Ireland shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute (including non-contractual disputes)arising out of or in connection with this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
34. If any provision of these terms and conditions is validly held to be void, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, this will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not so held.
35. Failure or delay on the part of the Promoter in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right
