It is important that our website is accessible to all our users and we are working with website accessibility consultants to make improvements and implement features that allow people with additional needs navigate our website and interact with us more easily.
We have partnered with SignVideo to offer a video relay service for British and Irish sign language users.
If you use British or Irish Sign Language (BSL/ISL) the SignVideo service is available to help you get in touch with us easily. If you have a question or would like any help managing your booking, SignVideo will connect you to an online interpreter who can communicate your sign language to one of our advisors.
This service is free and is available to customers during our contact centre opening hours. Click here for details.
To use the SignVideo service you will need the following:
• iOS devices (8 or upwards), many Android devices (4.4 upwards), PC (i3 or above) or Mac with a webcam.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 9‐11 or Firefox for Windows, Safari for Mac.
• Internet bandwidth of at least 256 kbp/s upload and download (384kbp/s recommended).
