These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the Ryanair Prime programme. Terms and expressions contained in the Ryanair Group General Terms & Conditions of Carriage and Terms of Use of Ryanair’s website continue to apply to Ryanair Prime programme and these Terms shall be read in conjunction with the aforementioned terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the Ryanair Group General Terms & Conditions of Carriage, these Terms shall prevail.
1.1 Definitions
The terms in bold below have the meanings shown wherever they appear in these Terms:
Contract Period: means the 12 months from receipt of payment of the Voucher Fee or a lesser period if terminated by Ryanair in accordance with Section 8.2.
Membership Data: means the name, surname, date of birth and country of residence of the Ryanair Prime Member and any Ryanair Prime Companion. It also includes information related to the number of times flown and free seat allocation used and the Ryanair Prime Member’s email address.
Ryanair Prime Benefits: means the advantages conferred by the Ryanair Prime Programme to its Members and their Ryanair Prime Companions, as enumerated in Section 4.
Ryanair Prime Companion: means a consumer that has been added to the Ryanair Prime Programme by the Ryanair Prime Member so that they can avail of Ryanair Prime Benefits under a single account created by the Ryanair Prime Member in accordance with these Terms.
Ryanair Prime Member (‘Member’): means an individual consumer who has signed up to the Ryanair Prime Programme and paid the Voucher Fee for the relevant Contract Period.
Ryanair Prime Programme (‘Ryanair Prime’): means a subscription programme giving Ryanair Prime Members access to Ryanair Prime Benefits in exchange for a Voucher Fee subject to the limitations as set out in these Terms including Section 4 (Benefits and Limitations). All Ryanair Prime Benefits apply solely to flights booked and operated, during the Contract Period.
Ryanair Prime Voucher: means a multi-purpose voucher as defined in Article 43A (1) of the Irish VAT Act, to be accepted as consideration for a supply of services where the services to be supplied and the identities of their potential suppliers are either indicated on the instrument itself or in related documentation, including these Terms.
Voucher Fee: means the annual price of the Ryanair Prime Voucher. A Voucher Fee will be charged per Member and per Ryanair Prime Companion. For example, where a consumer subscribes to Ryanair Prime and adds a Ryanair Prime Companion, they will pay two Voucher Fees.
