- Settlement Vouchers are issued by Ryanair DAC, Ryanair Dublin Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, Ireland (hereinafter “Ryanair”).
- These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Settlement Voucher. The Ryanair General Terms & Conditions of Carriage apply.
- Settlement Vouchers are valid for 4 years from the date of issuance and can either be redeemed within that time to purchase Ryanair flights, or, after the expiry of 12 months from the date of issuance, be encashed (see below).
- Settlement Vouchers are issued in full and final settlement of any and all claims under Article 7 of EU Regulation 261/2004 passengers may have against Ryanair in relation to the original booking. By joining the settlement scheme, all passengers concerned therefore waive any right to compensation against Ryanair under the EU Regulation 261/2004 or any national provision in respect of the flights cancelled or delayed on 25 July, 26 July, 10 August and 28 September 2018, and undertake to withdraw any pending proceedings in this respect, if any.
- Settlement Vouchers cannot be encashed until the expiry of 12 months from the date of issuance. On the expiry of 12 months Settlement Vouchers can be encashed here.
- Settlement Vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.
- Settlement Vouchers are transferable (in all or in part) between passengers on the original booking only.
- If the total flight price exceeds the value of the Settlement Voucher(s) used to pay for the booking, any price difference can be paid with by credit/debit card or with PayPal.
- If you do not use all of your Settlement Voucher at one time, you can use the balance of your Settlement Voucher for future transactions.
- Settlement Vouchers can be used as payment for flights, seats, priority, checked bags, fast track, baby equipment, music equipment, sports equipment, travel insurance and associated taxes, fees and charges (not car hire, transfers or hotel bookings).
- When a booking has been paid for using a Settlement Voucher, this booking cannot be transferred anymore (no passenger name changes).
