Ryanair on Amazon Alexa for Assisted Travel

If you have a British or Irish Amazon Alexa account, you can access Ryanair information and receive support by using your Alexa device.
The Alexa Ryanair skill will allow you to:

• Check status of your flight.
• Check Ryanair fares for your selected destination.
• Get travel suggestions by using the “Inspire me” functionality.
• Access key help information.
• Request a call back from Ryanair Special Assistance team.

If you wish to speak to our Assisted Travel team, you can request a call back via Alexa, following the procedure below:

• Launch Ryanair skill from Amazon Alexa
• Ask Alexa info about Assistance (e.g. How do I book assistance?)
• Alexa will provide the required info and will ask your phone number.
• Our Assisted Travel team will call you back at the number provided as soon as possible.
