I couldn’t travel due to a bereavement. What are my Options?

If a passenger on your booking or an immediate family member passes away within 10 days prior to your flight, please contact the Partnered OTA you booked with. In such cases, you may be eligible for a credit equal to the value of your flights.

This credit can be used to rebook travel within 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If unused within the 12-month period, the credit will expire.

If the lead passenger on the booking has passed away, their executor will need to submit the application on their behalf.
