The name on my booking doesn’t match the name on my passport, what should I do?

If there is more than 1 person on the booking, ask them to complete verification. 

You can make the name change at the airport, but for a quicker and smoother experience we recommend completing it in advance through our chat or call agents.

If the third-party travel agent made a mistake when entering your name in the booking, we recommend you reach out to them and ask them to reimburse you for the charge.
