If you booked directly with Ryanair on ryanair.com and requested a refund due to a flight disruption, and you’re entitled to one, you will receive the refund in your Ryanair Wallet within 24 hours.
To withdraw your refund from the Ryanair Wallet to your original form of payment, simply click the option to transfer it, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
If you booked through an Online Travel Agent (OTA), refunds may take longer, as we need to verify your details first.
To verify your details, please:
1. Download, complete, and submit the customer verification form here.
2. Once verified, Ryanair will process the refund directly to you.

1. Log into your MyRyanair account.
2. Go to the ‘My Support Cases’ section.
3. Here, you can view the current status of your refund request, any updates, and any communication from Ryanair’s customer service team.
