How Do I Delete My Personal Data?

You can request to have your personal data erased by clicking below.

If you are requesting erasure of the data associated with an e-mail address that you no longer have access to, please use the Data Access Request form. In that case, you will be asked to verify by providing your passport or national ID.

We will make every effort to erase data where this right has been exercised by you and we no longer have a legal basis for processing but some personal data sets are impossible (or infeasible) to edit or remove (e.g. server backup or microfiche).

It is important to understand that the right to erasure is not absolute. We will retain that personal data provided by you when completing your booking or in connection with your booking to defend or pursue the company’s legitimate rights in relation to proceedings for breach of contract, EU261 claims or other legal claims and to comply with regulatory and legislative obligations. The personal data comprises your name, address, phone number, email address, passport details and last four digits of payment card.

Note that the data erasure process can take up to 7 days. During this time, we might still process some of your data or you might have access to your account.

Finally, we will not send an email confirming that the erasure request has been completed as the email address will be erased from our servers.

Visit our Privacy Policy for further details on how we process personal data.
