Yes. Your ETA is digitally linked to the passport you used when you applied. You must use the same passport for both your outbound and return flights, as well as for entering and leaving the UK.
If you change your passport (for example, if it expires, is renewed, or is replaced), your ETA will no longer be valid. In that case, you will need to apply for a new ETA using your new passport before you travel.
