Changing a Flight


  Can I change my flight?

Yes, you can and you can make most of these changes online in the 'My Bookings' section, once you have retrieved your booking. You cannot change a domestic flight to an international flight or vice versa due to VAT related issues.
You can change:

  • your flight date/route up to 2.5 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart
  • and you can change the name on the flight up to 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart

How do I change my flight?

  1. Click ‘Manage Booking’ and then ‘Manage your trip.’
  2. Select the ‘Change your flight’ option and choose the flight you wish to change.
  3. You’ll then be brought to the ‘Search new flight’ section where you can amend the flight date.
  4. Next you’ll be asked to select your journey time and then review your new flight.
  5. The price breakdown will appear and if you’d like to proceed then select ‘Confirm change.’
  6. Once you enter in your payment details and click ‘Pay now’ you’ll receive an updated email itinerary with your new flight.

Fees and charges will be applied to changes made outside of the 24 hour grace period. 

If you make changes online the fee will be €/£45 per passenger, per one way flight. If you contact our reservation centre to make a change or ask for the change at our ticket desk at the airport, the fee will be €/£60 per passenger, per one way flight.

  • Where a Spanish resident or a Spanish large family discount has been applied

What happens if my Payment is declined when changing flight times/dates online?

If you find that your payment is declined while you’re trying to change your flight times or dates online please be aware that:

  • Your requested flight/s changes will have been made.
  •  Your original flight/s are no longer booked. You will need to page back to return to the payment page and re-enter your payment details again or enter a new form of payment.

If you fail to pay the outstanding amount for the flight change, your new flight(s) will be cancelled and your original flights reinstated. If you need further assistance then contact us by chat.

Flexi Plus - Flight Change

With a Flexi Plus fare, you can change your booked flight or route, free of charge, to a flight departing on the day before or the day after your original flight (if a seat is available).  If you are changing to a later flight, you can make the change up to one hour before the departure time of the original flight. If you are changing to an earlier flight, you can make the change:

  • up to 40 minutes before the new flight if you make the change at the airport ticket desk; or
  • up to one hour before the new flight if you make the change through a contact center.

If you change to a flight that is more than one day before or after the original flight, you will not have to pay a flight-change fee but you must pay any difference in the fare.

If you have already checked in online for the original flight, you will need to contact us to uncheck that flight before you can make the change. With a Flexi Plus ticket you can check in at the airport free of charge.

You can change the route of all flights in a booking online through My bookings section. However, once you have taken the outbound flight, you can only change the route of the return flight at an airport ticket desk or through a call center. You can only change the route between the same departure country and destination country.
