I bought bags, seats and/or other products. Will they transfer to my changed flight?

The company aims to transfer any purchased products or extras to your new flight. If an exact match isn't available, a similar substitute will be provided. Specific seat selections are not guaranteed but will be replaced with the next best available option if necessary.

We always try to transfer any product/extras to your new flight.

If the exact product is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar product, e.g., if you booked Priority & 2 Cabin Bags on your original flight and this is not available on your new flight, you will be given a 10kg Check-in Bag.

If you selected a specific seat on your original flight, there is no guarantee that we will be able to transfer this to your new flight as it may not be available. If this happens, we will transfer you to the next best available option.
