Pay by Bank Cashback Incentive Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of the Pay by Bank Cashback Incentive Campaign (the “Campaign”) is Ryanair DAC (company no. 104547) whose registered office is at Ryanair Dublin Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin, Ireland (“Ryanair”).

2. By entering the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”) and all other special conditions relating to the Campaign.

3. Pay by bank is offered by TrueLayer Ltd. (“TrueLayer”). TrueLayer is the leading open banking provider in the United Kingdom (“UK”). TrueLayer is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference Number: 901096) and uses bank-grade security and encryption to keep transactions safe. Any person found to be in breach of these rules shall be disqualified immediately.

4. Employees (and family members of employees) of any Ryanair company, its affiliates, subsidiary companies (“Ryanair”), any representatives or agents of Ryanair and anyone who may be professionally involved with the Promotion may not enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

5. The Campaign is open to individuals who are residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, hold a UK bank account and book through the UK Ryanair website in accordance with requirements mentioned in Clause 8. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and residency at any time for this purpose.

6. Ryanair’s General Terms and Condition of Carriage and Terms of Use, available on Ryanair.com shall apply.

HOW TO ENTER 


7. The Campaign will begin at 09:00 (Irish Standard Time) on 30 July 2025 and will continue, subject to availability, through the Campaign Period as outlined in Clause 14. Ryanair reserves the right to modify the duration of the Campaign. Any changes to the Campaign Period will be clearly communicated to consumers in advance.

8. To participate in this Campaign, entrants must complete the purchase of any available Ryanair flight via the official UK Ryanair website (Ryanair.com/gb/) or Ryanair App, available in the United Kingdom, completing the booking payment with Pay by Bank option.

9. Except for any entries not accepted in accordance with Clause 10, all participants who complete the purchase of a Ryanair flight via the official UK Ryanair website (Ryanair.com/gb/) or the Ryanair App within the Campaign Period, using Pay by Bank method and have ticked the relevant checkbox on the payment page will be entered into the Campaign (the “Participants”).

10. Entries which are, in the reasonable exercise of Ryanair’s discretion, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, received outside the Campaign Period, or deemed invalid in any way will not be accepted. Ryanair’s decision on eligibility is final. Ryanair accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected or, lost, mislaid, incomplete, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, due to technical errors of the software or hardware systems used to enter participants into the Campaign.

11. Participants will have to purchase their flights through Pay by Bank during the Campaign Period, to travel between 3 of August 2025 to 31st of August 2025 (“the Travel Period”).

12. By entering the Campaign, upon successful payment, the Participant agrees for TrueLayer to contact them. Participants will receive an email from TrueLayer confirming that the cashback will be issued shortly. A follow-up email will be sent once the cashback has been successfully processed. Ryanair is not responsible for email delivery failures. The cashback will be paid after the participants trip has been completed.

13. Participants who complete a booking between the Campaign timeframe using Pay by Bank will be offered a 5% cashback reward based on the overall booking value, with a £10 cap, per which they will receive on completion of the trip.

14. The Campaign is funded for a total value of up to £200k (the “Campaign Funding”). Cashbacks will be issued until the Campaign Funding is exhausted.

15. The cashback reward offered under this Campaign may be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. The reward is non-transferable. The cashback will be issued to the bank account the payment was made from when you made your booking. No alternative payment method or substitute will be offered.

17. If a Participant’s booking is changed, for any reason, to a date outside the Travel Period, or cancelled, they will not be eligible for cashback.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

19. All personal data used solely in connection with the Campaign, including full name, e-mail address and age will be retained by Ryanair for 3 months from the closing date for the Campaign, after which the data will be deleted.

20. Selected Participants’ personal data (full name, e-mail address and age) will be shared with TrueLayer in order to confirm the eligibility to participate in the Campaign.

21. By entering the Campaign, Participants and winners, understand that their personal data will be processed in accordance with Ryanair’s Privacy Policy (which can be found under link https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/lp/privacy-policy) and TrueLayer’s Privacy Policy, which can be found under this link: https://truelayer.com/legal/privacy/.

22. The participants have rights to access, amend, restrict, object or to withdraw from the Campaign at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer at Ryanair Head Office, Airside Business Park, Swords, County Dublin, Ireland or emailing our DPO at DPO@ryanair.com. Withdrawal will affect eligibility for cashback.

GENERAL

23. Ryanair reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign and/or amend the Campaign Terms and Conditions at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, which could not have been foreseen during the Campaign Period, and only when such circumstances are unavoidable by appropriate measures and prevent Ryanair from performing the Campaign and/or from applying all the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

24. Ryanair may disqualify any individual where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the Campaign’s entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Campaign or won using fraudulent means. Ryanair’s decision in all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final.

25. Ryanair or its servants and agents shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or for breach of statutory duty or any other way, for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment howsoever arising suffered directly or indirectly by any person participating in this Campaign or accepting a incentive. Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryanair’s total liability in connection with this Campaign shall not exceed the value of the cashback reward.

26. Although Ryanair will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Campaign (“Campaign Material”) is accurate, Ryanair is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure, which Ryanair cannot anticipate, prevent or avoid, that may affect the Participant’s ability to access Ryanair’s operation of the Campaign or the Ryanair site.

27. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, Irish law shall govern this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions, and the Courts of Ireland shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions.

28. If any provision of these terms and conditions is validly held to be void, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, this will not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not so held.

29. Failure or delay on the part of Ryanair in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
