Payments

In light of the risks associated with cash handling highlighted by the Covid-19 crisis, we only accept credit and debit card payments for inflight purchases.

To pay for your inflight goods, we accept all major chip and pin cards Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). We may ask you to show your passport or another form of ID.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or traveler's cheques.
We ask that you check your goods at the time of purchase, as errors cannot be rectified afterwards.
For currency exchange, we carefully monitor all prices and exchange rates, and these are subject to change.

Receipts

As Europe’s greenest airline, we do not issue paper receipts on-board. If you’d like to obtain your receipt online you can do so by accessing the below form. To do so please ensure you have your travel date and flight number handy.

If you paid by card/contactless you must also supply your card holder name and credit/debit card number.
If you paid by cash then please supply your name, flight number, and seat number.
