Ryanair Prime is a 12-Month programme commencing on the date the Member pays the Voucher Fee to subscribe to Ryanair Prime.
From 1 December 2025, Ryanair Prime will no longer be available for purchase by new Members. Any Member who subscribes to Ryanair Prime before this date will continue to have access to the applicable Ryanair Prime benefits until the expiry of their individual Contract Period. Ryanair Prime benefits may only be used in respect of flights departing within the Member’s active Contract Period. Benefits cannot be used for flights departing after the expiry of the Contract Period, even if booked in advance. Any unused benefits will expire at the end of the Contract Period and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where a Member has added a Ryanair Prime Companion, such Companion benefits will also expire at the end of the 12-month Contract Period. Ryanair Prime memberships are not renewable. Each membership will automatically expire at the end of the 12- month Contract Period, after which no further Voucher Fees will be charged and no Ryanair Prime benefits will be available.
Ryanair is under no obligation to offer renewals or replacement programmes following expiry. Ryanair will notify Members by email in advance of the expiry of their Contract Period to remind them of the end date of their membership.
