If we make any modifications to these Terms or to Ryanair Prime including but not limited to changes required for compliance with a legal obligation imposed on Ryanair or for security purposes, we will notify Members in a timely manner by email prior to such changes taking effect. Members may choose not to accept these changes and can terminate their membership to the Ryanair Prime within 10 days. In this case, we will issue a prorated refund of the Voucher Fee(s) for the remaining time of the current Contract Period. In this particular case, the subscription to Ryanair Prime will immediately be cancelled.
These updates reflect the discontinuation of Ryanair Prime and removal of auto-renewal functionality. Members will be notified by email of this change at least 30 days before the end of their current Contract Period.
