myRyanair Account

myRyanair Account

To make a Ryanair booking all customers need a “myRyanair” account. Your myRyanair account allows you to store your personal information, travel companions and travel document details to enable you to make bookings faster. It also gives you access to your Ryanair Wallet.

Your Ryanair Wallet is where any refund you have requested and are entitled to in relation to a flight disruption is initially stored.

If your flight is cancelled and you request a refund, it will be deposited to your Ryanair Wallet within 24 hours. From here, you may use this refund to pay for future flights, or you can choose to withdraw it in one click and have it refunded to your original form of payment. You will be able to access your Ryanair Wallet when you log in to your myRyanair account.

See Ryanair Wallet T&Cs here.

Creating an Account

You will need an email and a password to create your myRyanair account.

Yes. We use the highest level of secure encryption software, so your data is stored safely.

When creating your myRyanair account or signing into your myRyanair account from a different device you will be asked to enter a verification code. Check your emails for the code we will send you. This code must be typed in manually and your account will be active.

Logging into an Account

You can log in to your myRyanair account on the App or on the website. All you need is your email address and password.

If you have not created a myRyanair account yet, you can do so on the website or the App. You can also use your Google account, Facebook account or PayPal account to create a myRyanair account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Ryanair.com, go to log in and hit ‘Forgot password?’;
  • Enter the email address you used to set up your myRyanair account (the email you would have used the last time you booked flights). We will then send you an email with a link for you to reset your password;
  • Enter the new password and select ‘Reset password’.

Note, if you reset your password and you do not get the password reset email, please check your email junk/spam folder, just in case.

If you locked your account after entering an incorrect password more than 5 times:

  • Hit ‘Unlock account’ and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password so you can try to log in again;
  • Alternatively, you can log in to your account using your Google, Facebook or PayPal sign in details.

Note, if you reset your password and you do not get the password reset email, please check your email junk/spam folder, just in case.

You can deactivate your account by logging in, clicking on your profile circle in the top right-hand corner and selecting “Personal Information”. From here, you will be able to deactivate your account.

Erasmus Offer

Erasmus Student Network cardholders can book a Ryanair flight (at least 28 days in advance) and get a 10% discount off 4 one-way international flights or 2 return flights, plus a FREE 20kg Check-in Bag.

Note, you will not be able to avail of the Erasmus offer on the Ryanair App. To see applicable travel periods and other T&Cs click here.

Get an ESNcard from any ESN section available in over 40 countries across Europe and register your card on esn.org, and then save your ESNcard details to your myRyanair profile.

Register at ESNcard.org and return to Ryanair.com to activate your discount by adding your ESNcard number (under the barcode) to your myRyanair profile. The offer only applies to flights booked using the dedicated myRyanair Erasmus section.

If you are getting an “already in use” message, it’s likely your ESNcard number is assigned to another Ryanair account. Try using another email address while logging in or else log in to the platform with Facebook or Google.

  • Ensure you have registered as a cardholder at ESNcard.org (by yourself);
  • Add your ESNcard number to your ESNcard.org user profile;
  • Check for any spelling mistakes or unnecessary spaces in your first name and/or surname either in your ESNcard.org user profile or your myRyanair validation section;
  • Check that your full name is spelt the same way on both your profiles on ESNcard.org and myRyanair;
  • Check you have entered the same date of birth on both platforms;
  • On your myRyanair profile, check that you’ve entered your HOME university name (the one you come from) as opposed to your host university name (the one where you are going to for your exchange). Please select the same HOME university on both platforms.
