Can children under 16 contact Ryanair Customer Service?

Children under the age of 16 cannot travel alone with Ryanair and must be included on a booking with an accompanying adult.

For this reason, we are unable to provide customer service or booking support directly to anyone under 16. All queries, changes, or booking-related requests must be made by the parent, guardian, or responsible adult named on the booking.
