Does Ryanair own the properties?
No. Rooms facilitates the best rates and deals on accommodation worldwide provided by 2 leading accommodation providers, Hotels.com. By choosing Rooms, you are choosing to save on hotels, apartments and B&Bs you know and love.

How do I know what provider I have booked with?
The provider supplying the booking is stated clearly when selecting your preferred property and room type. It is also stated on the payment page before you confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email of your booking from the provider within 24 hours with all relevant booking details.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, you can. You can make changes to your booking through your confirmation email or through the provider you made your booking with using your reservation number. You will forfeit your Flight Credit if you amend your booking.
I didn't receive an email confirmation
It may take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation email, however if after this time you still have not received it, you can contact the provider directly.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Any cancellation fees are determined by the property and are outlined in your cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking, you will forfeit your pending Flight Credit. To cancel your booking you must go directly through the provider you booked with.
Flight Credit is available to myRyanair customers which allows them to earn Flight Credit worth 5% of the value of any Rooms hotel booking made via their myRyanair account and redeem that Flight Credit against Ryanair international flight bookings made on the Ryanair website.
How do I get Flight Credit?
You must be logged in to your myRyanair account when making your booking on Rooms in order to get your Flight Credit. Once you check out of your hotel, your Flight Credit will become active 7-10 days later to redeem against future flights. Flight Credit will be awarded in Euros.
Will my Flight Credit expire?
Yes. Flight Credit is available to redeem for 180 days from the date the Flight Credit is credited to the myRyanair account. Flight Credit not redeemed within this time will be forfeited.
Do I have to travel before my Flight Credit expires?
You must book your flight within the 180 day period, however you don't need to travel during that timeframe. Flight Credit that isn't redeemed within this time will be forfeited.
Do I need to have a flight booked to use Rooms and earn Flight Credit?
No, you can use Rooms without a Ryanair flight booked, for accommodation all over the world and still earn Flight Credit. So even if you aren’t flying with us, you can stay with us.
I have checked out of my hotel and still have not gotten my Flight Credit.
It can take up to 7-10 days after check out for your Flight Credit to become active. If more than 10 days have passed and you still haven't received your Flight Credit then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I redeem Flight Credit?
You redeem your Flight Credit on the payment page when booking your flights. Select your destination and dates as you normally would do. Once you go through to the payment page, you will see the amount of Flight Credit you have available to redeem. Enter the amount you would like to redeem and click “Redeem”. Your Flight Credit will then be discounted from your fare.
